The Sr. KG students celebrated Gokul Ashtami with a lively assembly held in the classroom. The students spoke about the significance of the festival and how it celebrates the birth of Lord Krishna. They added joy to the celebration through a beautiful dance and an enactment of the traditional Dahi Handi.

The celebration helped the children understand the importance of faith, joy, teamwork, cooperation and sharing. The Dahi Handi activity especially taught them that working together and supporting one another helps us achieve our goals. The assembly was a joyful way for the children to learn about India's rich cultural traditions while developing a spirit of unity and togetherness.
