The preparation for the Feast of St. Francis Xavier began nine days prior to the feast with the daily recitation of the novena. After the novena, the Konkani hymn “Sant Francis Xavere” was played each day, creating a prayerful and devotional atmosphere.

Special activities were thoughtfully planned for students of all classes to mark the occasion.

• Std I students coloured a picture of St. Francis Xavier.

• Std II students coloured a picture depicting the missionary work of St. Francis Xavier.

• Std III students solved a puzzle based on the life of St. Francis Xavier.

• Std IV students were given a crossword related to his life and work.

In addition, a video highlighting the life and qualities of St. Francis Xavier was shown to the students, helping them understand his missionary zeal, faith, and dedication.

A staff celebration was held on 3rd December 2025, which began with a solemn Eucharistic celebration. This was followed by a small get-together in the school auditorium, where the teachers participated enthusiastically in various games.

The celebration concluded with a joyful brunch, marking a meaningful and memorable observance of the feast.
